We generally agree with the Benjamin Standards of Care (taken in moderation and with exception only under exceptional circumstances). Please do not try to get a physician or surgeon to treat you prior to seeing a therapist; aside from being unwise, most doctors won't treat you for TS-related matters without a referral from a therapist.
Resources given below are listed by type, then alphabetically without regard to number or kind of recommendations. The number in brackets "[]" shows recommendations from a survey of members in our group. A positive number is given for a positive recommendation; a negative number are given for a negative response. The results were then summed (a negative response cancels out a positive one). No number indicates no responses given. Costs shown are the last reported rate.
